1. Our Quality Assurance Philosophy

At DirectStock, our mission is to eliminate the risks of online wholesale procurement. In traditional wholesale markets, buyers often struggle with unknown middlemen, inconsistent product quality, and delayed shipments.

We provide a multi-layered inspection and verification protocol designed to ensure that every supplier you connect with on our platform is a legitimate, capable, and accountable manufacturer or authorized distributor.

3. Pre-Production Sample Order Policy

We strongly recommend that all buyers make use of our Sample Order Feature prior to committing to large bulk runs:

• Single Unit / Swatch Testing: Request 1–3 sample units from the manufacturer to evaluate material finish, stitching density, color fastness, and packaging.
• Signed Golden Sample: Once you approve a sample, keep one unit as the benchmark ("Golden Sample") against which the final production lot is measured.

4. Discrepancy & Dispute Mediation

If the dispatched wholesale goods fail to meet the written specifications or approved sample standards:

1. File a Claim: Contact DirectStock support within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with photos and invoice documentation.
2. Mediation Investigation: Our operations team examines the communications log, product listing specifications, and photographic evidence.
3. Corrective Action: In cases of verified supplier negligence, the manufacturer is mandated to replace defective units or issue credit adjustments, and repeated violations result in revocation of their Verified Supplier status.
